Loay International LLC entered into services business in the year 2001 and bagged the first major contract from PDO to support their IT infrastructure spread across the Sultanate.  For five years running the Help Desk project has been seen as an example of how 100% Omanisation can achieve such high KPI and very strict SLA’s set by PDO.  Young Omani graduates employed in this project from local and foreign universities have set a bench mark that other contracts in PDO are asked to emulate.

In 2005, Loay diversified its service offering and signed up for Data Quality Management contract with PDO deploying 34 Geologists, Computer Operators and Developers to clean up the age old seismic data and QC the 7000+ oil well information. In a short period of 2 years almost 3000 well logs have been processed  to the amazement of the clients senior management.
Starting 1st February 2008, Loay International LLC teamed up with a leading Technology company to  manage the entire telecom infrastructure of PDO by placing over 123 personnel for a period of over 6 years.
